Jakarta, September 10, 2024 — PT PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara (PGNCOM) is proud to announce a strategic partnership with PertaLife Insurance to strengthen synergy within the Pertamina Group. Through this collaboration, both companies are committed to enhancing protection and welfare for the workforce, particularly for Outsourced Workforce (Tenaga Alih Daya - TAD) within the Pertamina Group.
PertaLife Insurance, as a national life insurance company in Indonesia offering life insurance, health insurance, and pension fund management products, collaborates with PGNCOM to provide severance payments for Outsourced Workforce (TAD) within the Pertamina Group. This initiative aligns with Pertamina Group's commitment to providing protection and welfare guarantees for all employees involved.
This partnership is realized through the Mandiri Asuransi Pesangon Sejahtera (MAPS) Program, a specially designed program to provide severance pay guarantees in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation. With this program, employees will receive more assured and guaranteed severance protection.
In addition to MAPS, PGNCOM and PertaLife Insurance have also launched another agreed-upon program, the PertaLife Proteksi Pekerja Sejahtera (PROPER) Program. This program is an insurance scheme managed by PertaLife Insurance to provide insurance coverage that guarantees severance pay for participants according to the applicable terms and conditions. Through PROPER, it is expected that all employees within the Pertamina Group will feel safer and more protected.
Meanwhile, PGNCOM President Director Larassetyo Wibowo stated that this collaboration marks an important moment for both parties to synergize as one big family of the Pertamina Group.

Through MAPS, TAD will receive exceptional benefits upon retirement, providing peace of mind both during their employment and retirement, and we hope this partnership will continue in the future," explained Larassetyo.
